Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Pharmacist to support its inpatient rehabilitation hospitals within Healthcare & Medical Services. In this patient-centered role, you will ensure safe, accurate medication dispensing, optimize pharmacotherapy plans, and provide education to patients and families. Collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary rehab team, you’ll support recovery goals, perform medication reconciliation, and uphold regulatory standards.
