Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Pharmacist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered medication management within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this vital role, you will verify and dispense medications, perform medication reconciliation, monitor for drug interactions, and provide clinical consults to the rehab team.
