Encompass Health seeks a patient-focused Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services, ensuring safe and effective medication therapy for complex rehab patients. Responsibilities include verifying and dispensing medications, conducting medication reviews, monitoring for interactions and adverse effects, and educating patients and families.
