Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation patients within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will safely dispense and verify medications, perform medication reconciliation, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize therapeutic outcomes. You will counsel patients and caregivers, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment focused on high-quality, patient-centered care and professional growth.
