Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Pharmacist to deliver safe, evidence-based medication management within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this onsite role, you will verify and dispense medications, identify drug interactions, manage medication reconciliation, and provide counseling that supports patient-centered rehab goals. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize therapeutic outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support quality and safety initiatives in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding care environment.
