Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within Healthcare & Medical Services. The Pharmacist will ensure safe, effective medication use by verifying and dispensing orders, identifying interactions, and optimizing pharmacotherapy for complex rehab patients. Working in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment, you will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, and provide patient and family education.
