Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this patient-centered role, you will ensure safe, accurate preparation and dispensing of medications, review orders for interactions and dosing, and provide medication counseling to patients and families. You will collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and therapists to optimize rehab outcomes, support regulatory compliance, manage inventory, and contribute to a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding care environment with clear paths for career growth.
