Encompass Health seeks a patient-centered Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within Healthcare & Medical Services. You will ensure safe, effective medication therapy by verifying orders, monitoring drug therapies, and detecting interactions, while collaborating closely with nurses, physicians, and therapists.
