Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within Healthcare & Medical Services. You will ensure safe, effective medication use through order verification, compounding, dispensing, and medication reconciliation, while educating patients and collaborating closely with nurses, physicians, and therapists.
