Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Pharmacist to deliver clinical and distributive pharmacy services in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will verify and dispense medications, conduct medication reconciliation, and monitor for interactions and adverse effects. Partnering closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists, you’ll optimize pharmacotherapy to support patient-centered rehab goals. This role includes patient counseling, participation in interdisciplinary rounds, and contribution to quality and safety initiatives in a dynamic, supportive environment.
