Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will ensure safe, accurate dispensing and clinical management of medications for patients recovering from serious illness or injury. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary rehab team to optimize drug therapy, provide patient and family education, and uphold regulatory and quality standards.
