Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support our inpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you will implement PT-directed treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training, and closely monitor progress to help them regain function and independence after major illness or injury. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families on home programs, and uphold high clinical and safety standards.
