Job description
Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support inpatient rehabilitation patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries. In this role, you will carry out treatment plans designed by physical therapists, guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training, and closely monitor and document progress. Working in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, you’ll educate patients and families on home programs, ensure a safe therapy environment, and uphold high clinical and ethical standards.
