Job description
Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support evidence-based rehabilitation for patients recovering from major illness and injury. In this on-site role, you will implement individualized treatment plans under PT supervision, guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training, and document progress in a fast-paced inpatient rehab setting. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and contribute to a culture centered on integrity, respect, and clinical excellence, with opportunities for specialty training and career growth.
