Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality inpatient rehabilitation care. In this role, you will work closely with physical therapists to carry out individualized treatment plans, assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait and mobility training, and safe transfers, and monitor patient progress and vital signs. You will document treatments accurately, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a patient-centered, clinically advanced environment that supports growth and specialty training.
