Job description
Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation in our inpatient rehab hospital. You will assess functional limitations, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, provide therapeutic exercises and gait training, and educate patients and families on recovery strategies. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you will track progress, document outcomes, and help patients safely regain mobility and independence in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment with strong career-growth opportunities.
