Job description
Baptist Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Little Rock, AR seeks a Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based inpatient rehab for adults recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, orthopedic conditions, and complex medical issues. Evaluate patients, develop and adjust individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions focused on restoring function and maximizing independence. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists in a compassionate, team-oriented culture. Document care in EMR, educate patients and families, and contribute to quality improvement and professional development.
