Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The RN will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor progress toward rehab goals. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation.
