Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Registered Nurse to provide specialized, patient-centered nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The RN will assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient progress toward rehabilitation goals.
