Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Registered Nurse to provide specialized inpatient rehabilitation care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate individualized rehab plans for adult patients recovering from serious illness or injury. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to promote functional independence, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in a nurturing, dynamic, and growth-focused environment.
