Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide specialized inpatient rehabilitation care within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor progress for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Working in a collaborative, patient-centric environment, you will coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and support safe transitions of care.
