Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver specialized, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor progress toward rehab goals. Working within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, you’ll educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and uphold high standards of quality and safety in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment.
