Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver specialized care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The RN will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and support mobility and functional recovery. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will educate patients and families, coordinate discharge planning, and uphold strict safety and infection-control standards.
