Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Staff RN to deliver specialized nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor progress toward rehabilitation goals. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support safe discharges, educate patients and families, and promote optimal functional outcomes in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment with strong career growth potential.
