Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will deliver specialized, patient-centered nursing care to individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, care planning, medication administration, wound care, and patient/family education.
