Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Registered Nurse to provide specialized, patient-centered care in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor patient progress toward functional recovery. Working within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, you will educate patients and families, coordinate safe discharges, and help create a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment focused on high-quality rehabilitation outcomes and professional growth.
