Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you will deliver specialized, patient-centered nursing care to adults recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, individualized care planning, medication administration, wound and IV care, and active participation in an interdisciplinary team. You will educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and contribute to a nurturing, dynamic environment with strong clinical support and clear pathways for career growth.
