Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver specialized, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized rehab care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor progress, and document in the EHR.
