Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation hospital, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The RN will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and support safe, goal-driven recovery. Working within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, you will educate patients and families, ensure accurate documentation, and promote a nurturing, dynamic environment focused on excellent outcomes and professional growth in rehabilitation nursing.
