Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will provide specialized, patient-centered nursing care to adults recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, individualized care planning, medication administration, wound and rehab-focused care, and clear EHR documentation. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to promote safe, goal-driven recovery and prepare patients and families for discharge.
