Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will deliver specialized, evidence-based nursing care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, individualized care planning, medication administration, wound care, and close collaboration with an interdisciplinary rehab team. You will educate patients and families, support safe transitions, and document care thoroughly in the EMR.
