Job description
Encompass Health seeks an Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for adults recovering from stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, complex orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. In this role, you’ll coordinate and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and families on recovery and safety. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, support discharge planning, document accurately, and contribute to quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives in a mission-driven environment.
