Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Rehab Hospital RN to deliver specialized nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and therapies, manage complex rehab plans, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients’ functional recovery. You will educate patients and families, promote safety and independence, and document care using EMR systems in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment with strong professional growth opportunities.
