Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, patient and family education, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary rehab team.
