Job description
Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Encompass Health, seeks a compassionate RN to deliver high-quality inpatient rehabilitation nursing care in Lexington, KY. In this role, you’ll assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, monitor progress, and educate patients and families. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and complex conditions.
