Job description
Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. In this role, you’ll deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care to individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, care planning, medication administration, and close collaboration with physicians and therapists to support rehab goals.
