Job description
Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Encompass Health, seeks a full-time Registered Nurse to provide high-quality inpatient rehabilitation care in Lexington, KY. You will assess and monitor patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and complex medical conditions; administer medications and treatments; manage wounds; and document in the EMR. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create care plans, educate patients and families, and support safe discharge.
