Job description
Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Encompass Health, seeks a Full Time Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation facility in Lexington, KY. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and complex medical conditions. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document accurately, and support evidence-based practices.
