Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver specialized care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The RN will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor progress toward functional recovery. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will coordinate with therapists and physicians, educate patients and families, and champion safety and quality standards.
