Job description
Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Encompass Health, seeks a full-time Inpatient Rehabilitation RN in Lexington, KY. In this role, you’ll deliver comprehensive, patient-centered rehab nursing care for adults recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, and other complex conditions. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans focused on restoring function and independence.
