Job description
Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Encompass Health, seeks an Inpatient Rehab RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care for adults recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, and complex medical conditions. The RN will complete comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team including therapists and physicians. Responsibilities include patient and family education, documentation, discharge planning, and supporting a safe, encouraging environment that promotes functional recovery and independence.
