Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide evidence-based care to adults in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you’ll assess patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized care plans, managing medications, monitoring progress, and educating patients and families on recovery and self-care. You’ll collaborate closely with therapists and physicians, support safe discharges, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
