Job description
Baptist Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Little Rock, AR seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive rehab nursing care for adult patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and other complex conditions. The RN will complete assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and support safe mobility and ADL training in collaboration with a multidisciplinary rehab team. Responsibilities include patient and family education, documentation, participation in care conferences, and contributing to quality and safety initiatives in a faith-based, patient-centered environment.
