Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will deliver specialized, patient-centered nursing care, supporting individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, and actively participate in interdisciplinary care planning.
