Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care to adult patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, wound and IV care, and active participation in individualized rehab plans. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, ensure safety and compliance with clinical standards, and contribute to a nurturing, dynamic environment with strong career growth potential.
