Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver specialized, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor progress throughout the rehabilitation journey. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support functional recovery, educate patients and families, and ensure safe discharge planning.
