Job description
Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Encompass Health, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive inpatient rehab care in Lexington, KY. You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, perform wound and IV care, and support patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and complex conditions. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to drive functional recovery, educate patients and families, and ensure safe discharge planning.
