Job description
Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Encompass Health, seeks Registered Nurses for day and night shifts in our inpatient rehab facility in Lexington, KY. RNs deliver comprehensive, post-acute care for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, and other complex conditions. Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration, wound care, mobility support, and patient/family education. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a mission-driven, patient-centered culture that emphasizes evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and quality outcomes.
