Job description
Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Encompass Health, seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult rehab patients in Lexington, KY. You will perform comprehensive assessments, manage medications and treatments, coordinate individualized care plans, and educate patients and families. Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to help patients regain function after stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, and other complex conditions.
