Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, wound care, and close collaboration with an interdisciplinary rehab team. You will educate patients and families, promote safety, and support each patient’s rehabilitation goals.
